In April, Antoinette Johnson completed a six-year journey of dedication and sacrifice with a short walk south on North McClurg Court.
After a dozen years in various administrative roles in the Pain Management Center (located in our 345 E. Superior location), Antoinette recently completed her nursing degree and is the newest registered nurse in the 23rd Floor Brain Innovation Center.

Dr. Arun Jayaraman Promoted to Full Professor
When the 2022-23 academic year commences in September, there will be a new full professor among the ranks of educators at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). Arun Jayaraman, PT, PhD, director, Max Nader Center for Rehabilitation Technologies & Outcomes Research, and executive director, Technology and Innovation Hub (tiHUB), is being promoted from associate professor.

Two Team Members Honored by National Association of Hispanic Nurses–Illinois
At the National Association of Hispanic Nurses–Illinois (NAHN-Illinois) Inaugural Scholarship and Award Gala on Friday, Oct. 17, Irene Mendez, a registered nurse in the Medically Advanced Care Unit, received the 2018 Outstanding Service Award and Luis Espinosa, patient care technician on the 22nd Floor Spinal Cord Innovation Center, won a nursing scholarship.
