The Center for Rehabilitation Outcome Research's Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) on Employment for Persons with Physical Disabilities hosted a NIDLRR-invited lecture titled, "Employment Among Persons with Disabilities: Job Numbers, Job Quality, and Job Crafting" virtually on April 5, 2021. Debra Brucker, MPA, PhD, Dr. Brucker, PhD, has a background in public administration, urban planning, and public policy and has over 20 years of applied policy research experience. Dr. Brucker presented her research on job quality among workers with disabilities, as well as preliminary results from a study testing the effectiveness of an intervention designed to support workers with physical and mild cognitive disabilities. This webinar is part of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab's Research Seminar Series.
