The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America is a non-profit organization that educates and helps improve the lives of persons with multiple sclerosis, their families, and caregivers. Their website features news stories about multiple sclerosis, programs and services, and publications that are available to download or to order at no charge. The program also provides peer support for persons with MS through phone conversations and online support.

The National MS Society provides information on diagnosis, treatment, research, wellness strategies, and support. In addition, you can contact them to chat with a patient navigator who will assist you with resources and personalized case management through the Edward M. Dowd Patient Advocate Program.
