Are you interested in increasing your balance? Do you want to have better, overall control of your body and your movements? Join our new Balance and Stability class!
The class includes an educational component and a circuit of exercises focused on balance. Such as recovering from losing your balance, working on standing balance, single leg balance and overall comfortability in your position. All ability levels are welcome.
