Musculoskeletal and Nerve Injuries in Pregnancy and Postpartum: A Case-Based Discussion
Description: This webinar will review musculoskeletal injuries commonly seen in pregnancy and postpartum. Utilizing a case-based format, we will discuss a differential diagnosis of pelvic and low back pain in pregnancy. We will also discuss cases of musculoskeletal and nervous system injuries that can occur during labor and delivery and in the early postpartum period.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Generate a differential diagnosis for pelvic and low back pain during pregnancy
- Discuss musculoskeletal injuries that can occur during labor and delivery
- Explain musculoskeletal and nerve injuries seen in the postpartum period
