About Me

Anne Deutsch has worked as a Research Scientist in Shirley Ryan AbilityLab's Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research for 11 years. Anne also holds an appointment as a Senior Research Public Health Analyst at RTI International. Anne's research focuses on the development and implementation of quality measures and Medicare post-acute care payment reform. She has been involved in the Midwest Regional Spinal Cord Injury Model System, and she led the research team that developed the functional status quality measures that are used in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Quality Reporting Program.
