Body

The Rehabilitation Research Training Center on Employment for People with Physical Disabilities (RRTC) is pleased to highlight another of our Advisory Committee members, David Rowland.  Dave is a lawyer at Seyfarth, who litigates labor and employment disputes in federal and state courts and in administrative agencies across the country. In his litigation practice, he focuses on handling complex discrimination and executive-level employment cases and also has significant experience in handling matters brought by the EEOC and in negotiating conciliation agreements with the EEOC. Dave provides consultation to CROR, as well as to employers about enhancing disability diversity inclusion programs and related corporate social responsibility efforts, specifically targeted to the culture and goals of the organization. Dave works with clients to ensure that the firm is delivering effective and efficient legal services in a fashion that aligns with the clients’ goal and adds maximum value. With his expertise and extensive experience, he has been instrumental to the RRTC team by leading conversations and raising concerns to support employment for people with disabilities. He has been a tremendous help with providing legal perspectives which impact our research projects with employers. His advice and suggestions have improved all of the RRTC projects, and we are honored to have Dave as one of our advisors.
