Nordic Walking Class has a new name and is moving to a new time and location for the winter!

Nordic Walk is NOW called Agility, Balance & Strength with Nordic Poles, which challenges participants through agility courses, ramps, and strengthening exercises. If your rehabilitation/fitness goals include improving your walking and balance, overall confidence of ambulation, and full body strength – this class is a good fit for you!

All participants must be ambulatory and be a current member of the Fitness Center.

WHEN: Wednesdays, 12:00—12:45 PM

WHERE: Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, 19th Floor
(Participants will meet the instructor in the lobby before going to the 19th floor)

COST: Class Pass or $5 Single Class Drop-in

REGISTRATION: SPACE IS LIMITED TO 7 PARTICIPANTS. Members are required to sign up the day before a class. Stop by the front desk of the Fitness Center, or call 312-238-5001 to sign-up. Participation is first-come, first-serve.
