About Me
Crystal Graff, MD is an Attending Physician at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and an instructor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She provides comprehensive musculoskeletal and sports medicine care for patients of all ages, activity levels and athletic abilities. As a former Division 1 athlete herself, she takes pride in getting her patient’s back to doing the activities they value and love most. She specializes in providing diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injections, including orthobiologics such as platelet-rich-plasma. Additionally, she has a special interest in taking care of female athletes and providing pregnancy-related musculoskeletal care.
Dr. Crystal Graff is a board-certified PM&R and sports medicine physician. She earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI where she graduated with AOA honors. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado, where she served as Chief Resident. She then completed her Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Iowa. Additionally, she is actively engaged in several education-based committees within national specialty organizations, including AMSSM and AAPM&R.
