NBC 5 Chicago recently ran a story about Relyvrio — a new medication for treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) — that included insights from Colin Franz, MD, PhD, physician-scientist and director, Electrodiagnostic Laboratory, Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. In addition to his roles at SRAlab, Dr. Franz is a physician for the Les Turner ALS Center at Northwestern Medicine.
