New Parkinson's Foundation Community Grant: "IDEAS en Español"
the 3rd edition of the IDEAS education series in the late summer/early fall of 2022. This grant will help support a new initiative entitled: “Información para el Desarrollo Educativo y Apoyo Social en la comunidad afectada por Parkinson (IDEAS en Español)” or “Information for Educational Development and Social Support in the Parkinson’s Community.”

Johnson is now a veteran member of the Parkinson’s Works group, a support group for people with Parkinson’s disease who want to discuss employment-related issues. The group is run by Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and meets by Zoom twice a month and has about 16 core members around the country.
