About Me

Jonathan Ripic is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy serving as a Senior II Physical Therapist at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Jonathan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, with further training completed in the MedStar National Rehabilitation and George Washington University Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency in Washington, D.C. At Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, Jonathan has focused his practice on the Spinal Cord Innovation Center where he has led internally funded quality improvement and grant-funded research projects to improve care for people with SCI. Jonathan also serves as the Vice-Chair for the Physical Therapy Practice Council to lead colleagues on system wide performance enhancement initiatives. Jonathan also serves as the Illinois Physical Therapy Association Inspire, Mentor, and Participate (iMAP) program.
