Objective
To measure the differences in electrical activity in muscles of the arm and to track the time course and characteristics of any muscle or spinal cord changes that can occur following an acute stroke.
Who Can Participate
- diagnosis of stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic origin),
- ability to follow 1 step command,
- able to position arm/hand comfortably in the recording device.
- stroke survivors of 6 months or less
Compensation
Provided
$5/hr as an inpatient; $10/hr as an outpatient

Adults (> 18)
