Objective

  1. To determine the impact of dynamic offloading on the biological composition of the knee joint in individuals with knee osteoarthritis
  2. To evaluate the efficacy of an anti-gravity treadmill as a therapeutic device for individuals with knee osteoarthritis

Who Can Participate

  • diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis
  • ability to walk 45 minutes without assistance
  • meet other clinical criteria (during recruitment via phone evaluation)
