Objective

To determine the impact of dynamic offloading on the biological composition of the knee joint in individuals with knee osteoarthritis
To evaluate the efficacy of an anti-gravity treadmill as a therapeutic device for individuals with knee osteoarthritis

Who Can Participate

diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis
ability to walk 45 minutes without assistance
meet other clinical criteria (during recruitment via phone evaluation)
