Eva R., RN (19th floor), won our organization’s top honor for registered nurses.

One of Eva’s colleagues said, “She embodies the qualities that we all strive for: compassion, professionalism, dedication and excellence. She provides care and comfort to her patients in their most vulnerable moments, and manages to do it with grace, skill and knowledge.”

A patient said of Eva, “Eva is the most caring person I have ever met; she pays close attention to my needs, is extremely knowledgeable, and advocates for me as the patient. When Eva is my nurse, I rest easy knowing she is my biggest supporter.”

One of Cheryl’s colleagues said, “Cheryl has been largely responsible for training every new hire on our unit for night shift. She has always been a great resource for our staff, and I know both our nurses and patient care technicians look up to her as a source of great knowledge and mentorship.”

Another colleague shared, “Cheryl consistently takes the time to get to know her patients and their families. She has a kind heart and wants the best for her patients.”

We’re grateful to Eva and Cheryl who represent our mission, philosophy and commitment to excellent patient care each day.
