Rebecca Forth, PT, MBA

About Me

Rebecca Forth has been part of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab team for several years. After practicing physical therapy for more than 15 years in a variety of settings, Rebecca developed a new interest in healthcare-related operations and strategy. She attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and earned her MBA in 2017. While completing the program at Kellogg, Rebecca worked part time as physical therapist at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

As an Admission Liaison, Rebecca blends her clinical patient experience with her business knowledge of operations to create a seamless transition for patients entering inpatient rehabilitation. Because Rebecca understands the needs of the patient and family, as well as the hospital, she prides herself on her ability to educate and bring hope to individuals as they enter the rehabilitation phase of recovery.

Rebecca lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and, in her spare time, pursues her passion for fitness and teaches restorative and athletic Pilates.
