Voices of Experiences- Living with Spinal Cord Injury, a 10-part video series which was developed from a partnership between the Midwest Regional Spinal Cord Injury Care System (MRSCICS), which both Allen Heinemann, PhD & David Chen, MD, serve as co-directors, and facingdisability.com. As reported earlier this year, the series explores a different topic, ranging from first days in the hospital to greatest fears and other important topics such as sexual relationships. Since then, there have been new additions to the video collection! Again, these videos can be used by hospitals and clinicians nationwide as a tool to educate and provide answers to some of the most commonly asked questions by individuals with new injuries.
