CROR launches INside the OUTcomes: A Rehabilitation Research Podcast

The Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research has launched a new podcast called INside the OUTcomes: A Rehabilitation Research Podcast. Hosted by CROR’s healthcare communications associate, Sharon Parmet, the podcast will feature interviews with CROR scientists and other leading experts in rehabilitation research. In the first episode, Sharon talks with Allen Heinemann, PhD, Director of CROR about how the center fits into the translational research model of Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, some of the key projects currently underway at CROR and what can be expected in future episodes which will be released the second Tuesday of each month.

Episode 2, ‘Working Through Parkinson’s Disease,’ will go live on Tuesday, April 11 for World Parkinson’s Disease Day and will feature CROR scientist Miriam Rafferty, PT, PhD, and Lynn, a participant in Dr. Rafferty’s support group for people with Parkinson’s disease who want to discuss how the disease impacts their employment. You don’t want to miss it!
