About Me

Kelly Higgins is a Senior 1 Physical Therapist at Homewood DayRehab Center® and Clinical Educator. A licensed physical therapist since 2007, Kelly brings extensive clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional development. Since joining the organization in 2018, she has played a key role in advancing rehabilitation outcomes through mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing education.

In her educator role, Kelly supports the growth of physical therapy staff by facilitating training, guiding clinical practice and promoting evidence-based care. She was a featured presenter at the DayRehab Course in May 2025, where she shared her expertise with colleagues. Her work aims to transform lives through science-driven rehabilitation and compassionate care.
