About Me

Grace treats primarily neurologic disorders and diseases at the Northbrook Outpatient Center. She has training in Early Intervention Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis evaluation and treatment. She is dedicated to helping her patients increase their safety and participation in meaningful activities inside and outside of the home.
