About Me

Dr. Elyaman is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician and the 1st graduate of the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders (PDMD) Neurorehabilitation Fellowship program, created by the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and the Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson's. She received a BS in biomedical science at the University of South Florida, attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and graduated from the osteopathic PM&R residency program at Larkin Community Hospital. 

Dr. Elyaman currently works as an attending physician at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, where she continues to provide rehabilitative care to patients living with movement disorders, including: Parkinson's Disease, Lewy Body Dementia, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), Multiple System Atrophy (MSA-A, MSA-P), Ataxia, Functional Movement Disorder. Dr. Elyaman also uses her skills as an osteopathic physician to provide osteopathic manipulative treatment to patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain.
