Leading Change From Where I Am

Description: How do you grow change when you’re not in charge? Health care transformation can, and must, happen everywhere and at all levels. This webinar will provide strategies for leading change and creating a high-performance, relationship-centered learning culture from wherever you sit within your organization. You will learn from international examples and reflect on how you, right now, can catalyze change.

Objectives: Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
