DESCRIPTION
How do you grow change when you’re not in charge? Health care transformation can, and must, happen everywhere and at all levels. This webinar will provide strategies for leading change and creating a high-performance, relationship-centered learning culture from wherever you sit within your organization. You will learn from international examples and reflect on how you, right now, can catalyze change.

OBJECTIVE
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: 

  1. Describe how strategy, culture, and measurement interact to enable health care transformation
  2. Examine the characteristics required to grow a high-performance, relationship-centered learning culture
  3. Reflect on their personal leadership strengths and opportunities for growth
  4. Identify specific action steps to help them effect change
