ACCESS AND COMPLETION DETAILS
After purchase, you'll receive an email granting access to the Academy Learning Portal. You can begin the webinars as soon as they’re available in your account. Participants will watch each of the on-demand recordings in their entirety and complete individual assessments and feedback modules. The bundle is available for three months from the purchase date and we’ll remind you two weeks before your access expires. Your continuing education certificate will reflect whatever date you complete each individual webinar.

Internet Explorer is not supported. Additionally, JavaScript and cookies must be enabled on your browser. You will also need a speaker and microphone or a phone for dial-in. For live online sessions, make sure to download the latest version of Zoom (at Zoom.us/download) to ensure compatibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To request a cancellation, please notify us in writing via email at academy@sralab.org. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund of the course fee. If you are unable to provide notice within the 24-hour window, we will offer a credit, valid for one year, which can be applied toward a future continuing education program of equal value. Please note that to be eligible for a refund, course materials must not have been accessed.
