About Me

Sara Sabadosa, PT is a musculoskeletal physical therapist at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Burr Ridge Outpatient Center. She has been specializing in orthopedic conditions since graduating from physical therapy school in 2018. She has a passion for treating low back pain, neck/headache pain, post-surgical conditions, and work-related injuries. She also enjoys treating runners, and you will find her in the clinic performing a running analysis in the Ability Lab to reduce reoccurring injuries. Throughout the year, you will find her at local races participating with her husband or volunteering in the medical tent to motivate as many participants to reach the finish line. She is certified in the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute to effectively treat spine and extremity pain. She eagerly mentors students as a credentialed (Level 1) clinical instructor at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab and is also an AHA Certified CPR Instructor.
