About Me

Keith Wilton serves as Executive Director of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Alliance with Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis. In this role, he oversees day-to-day operations for Hennepin’s inpatient rehabilitation service line. His responsibilities include everything from strategic growth and financial analysis to program operations, quality and compliance.

An occupational therapist by training, Keith brings more than 20 years of healthcare management experience. Most recently, he served as CEO of Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Indiana. Prior, he served as Vice President and Director at INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Center and INTEGRIS Continuing Care Network, a clinically integrated network of post-acute care providers. At INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Center, he oversaw 150 licensed inpatient rehabilitation beds at four hospital units, acute rehabilitation services at eight hospital sites and 14 hospital and ambulatory outpatient rehabilitation centers, all in Oklahoma. Before that, he held leadership and clinical roles at leading national and global organizations, including TIRR Memorial Hermann’s Institute for Rehabilitation and Research in Houston, QE Health in New Zealand, and Industrial Rehabilitation Solutions in Australia. Additionally, he served as the Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer at the National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) in Dublin, Ireland. Since 2009, he has served as a Medical Rehabilitation Administrative and Program Surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Keith received his MBA in Health Services Management from the University College Dublin and Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in Occupational Therapy and Microbiology/Immunology from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
