I specialize in molecular modeling of bio and synthetic materials. In particular with Prof. Dhaher and Prof. Szleifer we work in molecular modeling of collagen fibrils. We investigate the mechanical properties of collagen fibrils in scenarios related with different collagen related pathologies.
