Students with disabilities can find many helpful resources to support their path to college. Some programs offer help with getting ready for college and making the move from high school, especially for students with physical disabilities or health issues. Others give out scholarships and financial aid to make college more affordable. These include support for students with learning, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
