DESCRIPTION
This webinar will focus on identification, evaluation and intervention for children with Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD). Content is based on both the European and Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy Clinical Practice Guidelines for DCD. Course format will consist of lecture, active teaching and case-based strategies.

LEARNER OUTCOMES
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify signs/symptoms of Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD)
  2. Discuss comorbidities that are seen commonly in children with DCD
  3. Select evidence-based examination strategies for children with DCD
  4. Select evidence-based intervention strategies for children with DCD
  5. Develop a HEP for child with DCD
