This class is designed to teach water exercises that will help improve flexibility, muscular strength, posture, core stability, and balance. Exercises may be modified for all ability levels from slow and gentle to dynamic in movement. The goal of this class is to increase muscular strength and stability in a pain-free enabling environment.
Warm Water classes are good for people who are comfortable standing in chest-deep water, are functionally independent, and are able to use stairs to enter and exit the pool.
No swimming skills are necessary.
