About Me

Deepak Gopinath is a doctoral student in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Northwestern University primarily interested in developing mathematical models for human-robot interaction in the assistive domain. His work currently focuses on building effective shared control paradigms for assistive robotic manipulators and seeks to employ dynamical systems based concepts to robotic manipulation. Besides robotics research, Deepak is an avid squash player and a musician.
