Integrated Exercise for Parkinson's is specifically designed to help benefit the person diagnosed with Parkinson's disease to use exercise for symptom management. Taught by experts in clinical exercise, this class provides a safe environment for participants to work on ambulation, range of motion and strengthening exercise with an emphasis on postural awareness, breathing, balance, and rhythmical movement.
Exercises aim to increase joint mobility and range of motion, improve balance recovery and gait mechanics, prevent joint deformation, and elevate overall strength and stamina.
