If you are looking to increase your muscular strength and endurance through a high intensity group fitness workout try our newest class, Fusion Fitness.
This class will incorporate approximately 15-20 minutes of cardiovascular interval training on various cardio equipment and 15-20 minutes of high intensity resistance training using free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls). The aim of this class is to increase muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular strength, weight management and to improve body composition.
Class size is limited and sign-up is required. Please note that participants must be able to self-transfer on and off fitness equipment.
