Shoulder weakness, tightness and pain are common problems in wheelchair users. They are often very limiting and can lead to decreased independence and lower quality of life. Research studies have shown that certain strengthening and stretching exercises can help improve function, mobility and reduce pain in shoulders. Join us to learn exercises that can help reduce pain, as well as maintain strength and flexibility in the muscles used for shoulder function.
