Objective

To compare the safety and efficacy of a single treatment of botulinum toxin (DaxibotulinumtoxinA) for Injection at three dose levels or placebo in reducing muscle tone of adult subjects with upper limb spasticity after a stroke or traumatic brain injury.

Who Can Participate

  • Upper limb spasticity after a stroke or traumatic brain injury (TBI) Between
  • Sufficient cognitive/communication ability to give informed consent

Compensation

$150 for baseline/treatment visit, and $100x13 study visits for a total of $1350

Age Range

Age Range 18-70 years
