This study explores the clinical potential of the LookingGlass as an upper extremity training system with optical motion tracking and virtual reality.

Participants will move a handle connected to a computer-controlled robot and perform tasks in a virtual reality system similar to a video game.

Who Can Participate

  • Medical diagnosis of cerebrovascular accident (CVA) or stroke
  • Stroke onset 8+ months post injury
  • Active movement in your affected arm as determined by standardized testing
  • First time stroke
  • Capable maintaining testing positions for at least 1 hour
