Assessing Patients Experiences with Telehealth Services at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab

Objective

This study involves filling out online surveys about your:

  • Demographics (e.g., age, sex)
  • Prior use and comfort with telehealth technology
  • Experience with telehealth services at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

We hope to better understand patients’ attitudes towards telehealth and your experiences with telehealth services at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

Who Can Participate

Any patient at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab who:

  • Received telehealth services in outpatient clinic with a physician or with allied health therapy (for example, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy) and/or the DayRehab program.
  • Did not receive telehealth services BUT was initially scheduled for an in-person visit in the outpatient clinic that was cancelled or postponed during the COVID-19 pandemic or shelter in place order.
