Clinical Trial

Employer and Client Surveys for Promoting Job Retention for People with a Physical Disability

IRB Protocol Number STU00208453

Angelika Kudla

The study addresses the challenges and barriers persons with physical disabilities face in maintaining long term- term employment. We are conducting surveys to determine which factors are critical to long-term job retention. We are looking for perspectives of both employers who manage people with disabilities and people with disabilities experiences in the workplace.

This project will benefit people with disabilities by identifying factors affecting job retention. Identification of barriers may lead to development or application of accommodations and assistive technology.
