Box your way to better endurance, agility, and strength in our new Boxing class!
The 45-minute class is based on traditional boxing workout techniques using weights, boxing gloves, and bags to provide a well-rounded intense workout.
This class will be performed seated and standing and is good for all fitness levels but participants must be able to move around the room independently. You must also acquire your own wraps to protect your hands. All other equipment is provided.
