Initial Assessment of Visual Impairments for Patients with Neurological Deficits

Description: Visual impairments often impact a person’s ability to perform daily activities after a brain injury or stroke, from simple tasks to complex skills. This on-demand webinar will introduce the most common visual impairments observed in patients who have had a brain injury or stroke. It will review components of a visual screening tool and clinical observations typically seen with each impairment using video case examples. Participants will also learn simple strategies to guide therapeutic interventions and guide further follow up with other disciplines.
