The registration for this webinar will close at 12:00 pm (cst) on December 11, 2019.

Description:  In this 60-minute discussion with Peggy Kirk and Scott Guevin, we will learn more about how to successfully lead through change and navigate tough decisions. Peggy’s 30+ year career at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab began as a nurse and most recently she serves as the Chief Operating Officer after having served in a number of leadership roles. In 2017, Peggy was instrumental in smoothly orchestrating the transition to a replacement hospital that included readying staff for a physical relocation, implementing new organizational structures and processes culminating in moving 160 patients. Scott has over 25 years of operations, management and finance experience including his time serving as the CEO of Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital.  We will discuss the role that networking and mentorship played in both of their careers. Finally, we will explore how to navigate challenges such as garnering support for new initiatives, balancing staff productivity and well-being, and leading teams in a highly regulated industry.
